I am a Pro user and recently switched from Free to Pro. I have been charged for this month already. When trying to run further queries today, I got the following response: Query failed: Storage limit exceeded, query cannot be executed.
Is there anything I need to do on my end to fix this?
Hi there, sorry for the confusion! I looked into your account status and confirmed that you are recognized as a Pro user.
It appears that the database you are querying is owned by a free tier user and your Pro account has shared access. One nuance of bit.io is that query limits and billing are based on the user running the queries, while storage limits and billing are based on the database owner. Once the user owning the database upgrades to Pro as well, you will be able to store up to 100 GiB of data instead of being limited to the 3 GiB free tier limit.
Hope that helps and let us know if you have further questions!
